This Site (this “Site”) is managed by Viking Capital, its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively the “Company”). The Company is committed to maintaining privacy protections for its users. The access to the features available through creating your online account will not be available unless an account is created. Creating a User ID and password is not a requirement or prerequisite to using our Site.
CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
The Company adheres to the Children’s Online Privacy and Protection Act of 1998 (“COPPA”) which defines children as anyone under the age of 13. The Site is not directed to anyone under the age of 13. The Site does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13, or allow anyone under the age of 13 to sign up for this Site.
